If a Fitment Problem Occurs

If you experience a fitment issue, notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the problem along with evidence that the part was installed according to the manufacturer's recommended procedures by a qualified installer. Once reviewed, we will determine the most appropriate resolution under our fitment policy.

Our Commitment

In the unlikely event that a product is confirmed to be incompatible with the vehicle specified on the product page, and proper installation procedures were followed by a qualified professional, we will support you through the resolution process. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement part, return shipping assistance, or a full refund.

Exclusions

Products that have been custom-built, personalized, or manufactured to customer-specific requirements are not covered under this fitment guarantee. Standard production parts and non-custom orders remain eligible for coverage under this policy.

12-Month Limited Warranty

At RynoxCatoParts, we stand behind the quality of our products. All eligible automotive parts are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects beginning on the date of delivery.

If a product is determined to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair the item, replace it with an equivalent product, or provide another suitable resolution.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:
