Does RynoxCatoParts ship to my country?
RynoxCatoParts ships worldwide, with the exception of a select few countries. Most of our customers are located in the United States and Europe.
RynoxCatoParts accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) through a secure encrypted payment gateway on our website.
To pay, add your desired products to your cart and click "Checkout" to complete payment.
Yes, we work with shops, installers, and resellers interested in carrying RynoxCatoParts products. Reach out through our Contact Us page with your business details and we'll follow up with pricing and terms.
At RynoxCatoParts, we aim to ship all in-stock orders within 1-2 business days after you place your order. The vast majority of orders ship within this timeframe, though occasionally there may be delays.
If a product is not in stock, the production time will generally be listed at the top of the product description.
After we ship your order, you'll automatically receive a tracking number via email. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Note that some shipping carriers take 48-72 hours to update tracking information. If nothing shows up yet, check back the next day.
Yes, our parts are covered under our limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damage from accidents are not covered. See our Warranty Policy page for full details
Contact us immediately. If the order hasn't shipped, we can update the address. If it has already shipped, we may not be able to redirect it depending on the carrier.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified
Each product page lists compatible chassis codes, model years, and trims. If you're unsure, send us your VIN or model details through the Contact Us page and we'll confirm fitment before you order.
Yes, as long as the item is unused and in original packaging. Reach out via our Contact Us page and we'll guide you through the exchange process.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Custom-fit or special-order parts are non-returnable unless defective. Please visit our Returns page or contact us to start a return.

RynoxCatoParts highly recommends having products installed by a professional experienced with aftermarket parts. Not every body shop or technician is properly skilled for installing aftermarket components.
