Shipping Policy

At RynoxCatoParts, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the details below for information on processing times, shipping rates, and delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. During high-volume periods (sales, new product launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

If an item is on pre-order or backorder, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, the size/weight of your order, and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • United States: 3-7 business days
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • Europe: 5-14 business days
  • Rest of World: 7-21 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

International Orders, Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, please note that your country may charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost.

RynoxCatoParts is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in your country.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. RynoxCatoParts is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — if the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to correct it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

RynoxCatoParts is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office, and file a claim with the shipping carrier directly. We're happy to assist where we can.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and item before opening further, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue via replacement or refund.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using major carriers including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your location and the size of your order.
