Return & Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it, including original packaging and all contents.
To start a return: Contact us at SupportRynoxCatoParts@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Common scenarios include:
- Order arrived damaged
- Item damaged after delivery
- Wrong item ordered
If the part has been installed, returns will not be accepted. Once a grille or bumper component is mounted on a vehicle, it can no longer be resold as new.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return label — only returns using our provided label will be accepted.
Basic Return Information
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a discount code was used, any restocking/cancellation fee is calculated based on the original retail price, not the discounted price.
Grilles & Bumper Components
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
- Orders cancelled more than 24 hours after purchase will be charged a 20% raw-material allocation fee.
- Any order returned after shipment is subject to a 15% restocking fee (covers shipping and labor).
Disclaimer
All RynoxCatoParts grilles and bumper components are aftermarket products designed for OEM-style fitment. Slight modifications — trimming, sanding, or adjustment — may be required to achieve a perfect fit, as is standard with all aftermarket parts. This is not an OEM product, and fitment will not always be flawless straight out of the box.
We strongly recommend professional installation by a shop experienced with aftermarket body parts. Product images represent the item as accurately as possible when professionally installed; due to manufacturing processes, slight variances between units may occur.
